Important notes
Power Kit Extra 1000cc R75/90 -1975 R75/90 TO 09/1975 (97MM)
Due to large demand for optimized kits with virtually wear-free Nikasil cylinders, a power kit for models manufactured up to 09/1975 is now also available. An adjustment to the cylinder base made this possible. Here, too, installation is easy and requires no modification to the cylinder head. The products are available for the R75/5, R75/6, R90/6, and R90S models (up to model year 9/75, engine block bore 97 millimeters). With this product, riders can also enjoy a significant increase in torque and solid performance for their motorbike. Torque and power increases across the entire speed range, paired with extreme spontaneity and solid smoothness, are also unbeatable arguments for this kit as a manageable tuning measure.
The set includes all parts shown in the photo, such as cylinders,
piston pins, high-strength lightweight forged pistons—that are required for the conversion. In addition, Stainless steel tappet protection tubes are included, which have already been pressed into the cylinders.
The gasket set, which is not included, must be ordered separately under order no. 60190106 and impresses with its OEM quality.
- With certificate and installation instructions
TIP:
To reduce the thermal load on the engine, we recommend installing an additional oil pan spacer ring and/or an oil cooler for all Power Kit conversions (see "Matching items").

Classic bikes from BMW hold a fascination that few other brands can match. Jochen Siebenrock also fell under the BMW spell. Ever since he established his firm, he has specialised in preserving the classic forms of the past while bringing them right up-to-date through innovative engineering. The development of technically enhanced remakes of sought-after accessories focuses on eliminating known weak points from the start. Thus Siebenrock components mean more performance, more sound and, most important of all, more riding enjoyment with classic bikes. All Siebenrock products are manufactured in the European Union, and more than 80 percent are even "Made in Germany".
