Brake-Pads Sinter With Abe KAWASAKI/SUZUK DIFFERENT

If you often ride your motorbike at high speeds and put a lot of strain on your brakes, we highly recommend saito sintered metal brake pads in OEM quality. These are high-performance brake pads produced by a world-renowned brand manufacturer and distributed exclusively by Louis. Similar sintered brake pads are also used in racing.

  • High braking performance
  • Extreme temperature resistance
  • Short break-in period
  • Optimal friction and deceleration values
  • Excellent wet braking performance
  • Minimal brake disc wear
  • Made in the EU

Of course with ABE for Germany. You will find the corresponding KBA number on the back of the brake pad.

We have stored the exact dimensions of the Saito brake pads in the documents section.

The price is per set for one brake disc; if you have two discs, please order twice.

Be sure to watch: the Louis video *How To: Change Brake Pads*. With our tips and tricks, it's a piece of cake!

Important:
To prevent the new pads from squeaking after installation, ceramic paste is used for Sinter brake pads and vehicles with ABS. The paste must not get on the pads! More effective and cleaner than copper or ceramic paste is anti-squeal foil (10004371), which is stuck to the back of the pad. It is suitable for brake systems with and without ABS and for both sintered and Organic pads.

Please observe the safety instructions printed on the packaging and the specifications of your vehicle manufacturer. Installing unsuitable brake pads can cause serious damage to your vehicle. Installation should only be carried out by someone with technical knowledge or by a specialist.

Note: Sintered metal brake pads can be used on all steel brake discs. For cast brake discs, please observe the manufacturer's specifications or the test report or ABE.

Good to know:
Sintering is a special manufacturing process. It involves compressing up to 15 different powdered metals under heat (up to 1000 Β°C) and pressure. The results are a very high strength of the pad and an almost inseparable bond to the backing plate.
