Even a slight misalignment of the running direction causes additional wear and tear, forcing you to replace the entire chain set sooner than usual. Thankfully, Rothewald has developed a chain alignment laser tool. It enables you to check the chain alignment in seconds, without having to remove any components or the chain guard. Simply place the laser tool on the chain wheel (it is magnetically held in place), point the light beam at the chain link plates and check the alignment. If the chain alignment is even, it is optimally aligned. The Rothewald chain alignment laser tool maximises precision, saves time and ensures perfect alignment – effortless!
