The HIghsider LED rear light is perfect for easy conversion. And it looks really good in black with red glass and white license plate lighting. When in use, the light shines like a continuous strip thanks to special LED light guide technology.
If a vehicle with CaN bus/light control indicator is to be converted to LED rear lights (e.g., numerous BMW models), a 7.5 ohm resistor must also be installed. Similarly, if the vehicle has an ABS warning light, such a resistor must be used for the brake light function. This prevents the ABS indicator light from staying on continuously. Installation is always carried out in parallel between the positive and negative leads of the rear light function.
