Footrest System Factor-X / Fxr S1000 R/RR 17-18 BLACK
GILLES TOOLING FACTOR-X (FXR) footrest system:
Purist sportiness, low weight, high torsional rigidity, and a particularly sleek design characterize the Factor-X Racing footrest system from Gilles. By reducing the system to the essentials, it offers excellent value for money. However, no corners have been cut in terms of features: the system is precision CNC-milled from solid metal and has double ball-bearing foot levers, while the rigid footrests are triple adjustable.
Features:
- Reduced to maximum performance
- Know-how from World Superbike
- Purist sportiness in an aesthetic design
- perfect balance of lightweight construction and torsional rigidity
- Unique thanks to protected Gilles tooling design
- Double ball-bearing shift and brake levers
- 3-way adjustable racing footrests
- Includes Aluminium heel guards on both sides, unless otherwise noted
Important note:
For some FXR footrest systems, a model-specific approval kit must be ordered (see "Important notes"), as this is part of the parts certificate. Without the approval kit, it is technically possible to operate the footrest system, but the operating license expires and it is therefore not permitted for use on public roads!
Some footrest systems are supplied with rigid footrest joints (see "Important notes"). For vehicles from EURO 4 onwards, the following applies: These footrest systems require folding footrests for the necessary registration to enable legal use on public roads. The folding footrests must be purchased separately as accessories, see "Matching items."
List of compatible motorcycles
Each of the high-quality accessories engineered by Gerhard Gilles' company optimises both the functioning and the look of your motorbike. The company founder is a former motorbike racer and CNC machinist, so he knows exactly what keen bikers really want. The first customisable footrest systems he designed hit the nail on the head in the motorbike scene. And the same is true today for many other finely machined components from Gilles Tooling. The proof is clear to see in the reviews posted by Louis customers.
