This campaign has no connection whatsoever to Facebook/Instagram/YouTube and is not, in any manner whatsoever, sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook/Instagram/YouTube. The recipient of the data provided by participants is not Facebook/Instagram/YouTube, but Detlev Louis Motorrad Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, Rungedamm 35, 21035 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser").

Competition rules:

All users over the age of 18 may participate. The closing date for entries will be announced in the official post regarding the competition. Afterwards, the winner(s) will be chosen and announced on Facebook/Instagram/YouTube. Participants agree that their names will be mentioned in a comment after the competition has ended. The data provided will only be used to contact the winner and administer the prize. Questions, suggestions and complaints should therefore be addressed exclusively to the Organiser. In addition, the Organiser may contact the participant by e-mail. In the event of a breach of the competition rules or an attempt at technical manipulation, the Organiser may exclude certain participants from the campaign. In such a case, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact details provided. In the event of incorrect allocation of non-cash prizes due to incorrect data entries, the claim to the prize shall be forfeited. The Organiser will determine and notify the winner when the campaign has ended. The winner must then confirm the prize by sending a message. If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to other participants. The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payment is excluded, as is the right to take legal action. The responsibility for any taxation relating to the prize lies with the winner. If the Organiser is unable to provide the prize for reasons beyond its control, the Organiser reserves the right to provide a substitute of equal value. As soon as the prize has been transferred to the transport service provider, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss lies with the winner. Technical or other problems beyond the Organiser's control are not subject to the Organiser's liability. By participating in the campaign, the participant accepts these competition rules. The Organiser reserves the right to change, discontinue or suspend the competition and the prize draw in whole or in part, without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, the occurrence of a computer virus, program error, unauthorised third party intervention, mechanical or technical problems beyond the control and influence of the promoter.

Final provisions:

The exclusive applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. These competition rules, including the competition mechanics, constitute the final rules for the campaign. Should individual provisions of these competition rules be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining competition rules shall remain unaffected.
