FEHLING Z-LENKER 25,4 MM, LOW BLACK

FEHLING Z-Bar

The FEHLING 1" Z-Bars arouse memories of Chopper classics of the 70s and 80s. But their cool look, with a width of just over 80 cm, and their flat design will give your bike a completely new look. The flat version is ideal for new school choppers, as well as the classic bobbers and "flat tracks".

With a Harley dimple and wiring holes (for all Harleys built from 1982 onwards - please see the comment below), universal mounting with external or internal wiring, depending on the instruments and type of riser (see dimensioned drawing), for both Harleys and Japanese bikes with imperial handlebar clamps.

  • Comes with technical report for Germany
  • Individual registration required
  • Version: low-narrow
  • Available in black and chrome
  • Dimensions in mm (LxHxD): 870 x 85 x 120

Note: The "HD handlebar dimple" is a depression on the underside of each handlebar end, required for Harley-Davidson models with 1" handlebars made from '82 onwards, so that the handlebar cable does not get trapped between the handlebar and the instruments. This "dimple" is no obstacle to using the handlebar with bikes from other manufacturers or on a Harleys built before '82, and is not visible to the rider.

Note: Aftermarket handlebars are supplied without a hole for securing the switch unit. Positioning varies depending on the bike model. Drilling into the handlebar for securing purposes is permitted: First, ensure that your new handlebar is optimally aligned with the bike. Try out the positioning of the switch units, making sure that they do not hit the tank when the handlebar is fully turned. Mark the securing hole and drill the handlebar to the right diameter. To make sure that the drill doesn't slip on the smooth handlebar tube, or if you are prone to mistakes when centre punching or somehow not drilling straight, you should use the LSL drilling jig, Order no. 10005224 (see bottom of picture). This is the sure way to avoid such mistakes.
