Here's how to put on the tension protection:
1. Connect shoulder straps A to A and B to B.
2. Put the medibike tension prevention system on as you would a backpack.
3. Fix strap C in front of your chest.
4. Do not overtighten straps A and B! You should experience a pleasant sensation of your shoulders pulling back.
5. Leave this setting when putting on and removing the moto112 tension prevention system.
6. The medibike tension prevention system can be worn comfortably underneath a vest or T-shirt.
